At Aajkaal, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Aajkaal account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate a return ID.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the original product with all tags intact inside the shipping box and include the printed invoice or return slip.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the quality check is completed at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
